Can Cabassa Park
Can Cabassa Park is a green corridor that runs alongside the Guinardera stream and forms the backbone of the neighbourhood of the same name. The park is a landmark and a place of daily use for the residents of Can Cabassa: a nearby, accessible space where people can stroll, play or simply enjoy the greenery. The space combines open areas with shaded spots; it is versatile and welcoming, featuring play areas, lawns and quiet spots to rest. Its proximity to the stream brings a refreshing atmosphere and biodiversity that you’ll experience throughout your visit. Points of interest: Retention basins: a feature integrated into the landscape which, as well as creating a pleasant, natural environment, contributes to the neighbourhood’s resilience during periods of heavy rain. It regulates the stream’s flow and reduces the risk of flooding. It is situated between Paseo del Nard and Pompeu Fabra streets.
